Crowe River Studio is an Art and Design space centered around the work of environmental artist Richard Watts (see www.richardwattssculpture.com/). Richard's environmental "Land Art" has been featured in Installation Art projects in Canada and abroad, including the Tom Thomson Museum and Brooklyn NY.  Future exhibitions include MA Rouyn-Noranda in Quebec, and THEMUSEUM in Kitchener-Waterloo. Partners for select art-based collaborations include People’s Climate Foundation, Beyond Crisis Film, Better Creative, The Canadian Tapestry and Texture Centre, Oak Heights Art Gallery, Community Futures, Peterborough, and others.  We operate out of a large newer barn on 63 acres near Havelock, Ontario. In addition to being a land artist, Richard is also a sculptor, teacher, and designer. He is a member of IATSE 873 and also builds movie sets off-site, e.g., on productions such as Star Trek Discovery, The Expanse, Umbrella Academy, Slumberland, among others.
